2024 Annual Conference, Ottawa, Canada
English is the official language of the iIIRG and will be adopted in all publications and presentations (including poster presentations) throughout the conference. Proposals for oral or poster presentations will be considered and the iIIRG Scientific Committee will review all abstracts submitted. In some cases, abstracts may be rejected as oral presentations but accepted as poster presentations. Please note, that the first author on the abstract is considered to be the presenter of the paper at the conference.

Symposium
A symposium is a collection of related presentations and the iIIRG Conference Organising Committee invites participants to propose symposia for the 2024 iIIRG Conference. The person submitting the symposium proposal will be deemed to be the symposium co-ordinator and he/she is requested to submit an integrated summary of the aims and objectives of the symposium, plus four or five abstracts of the individual contributions. Symposium proposals should not exceed 500 words in total and symposium co-ordinators are encouraged to strive for international diversity amongst the different abstracts.
Oral Presentation
Oral presentations will be expected to describe and discuss new research that has been conducted. Presentations should take around 20 minutes including 5 minutes for questions.
Practitioner Case Study
Practitioners are encouraged to present relevant case studies. These submissions will be given 40 minutes including questions.
Please note that all presentations at the conference may be recorded and/or live-streamed for virtual attendees. If this is the case, you will be provided more information in advance of the conference (including opt out options) and asked for your consent.

Please upload a file containing your abstract of your submission. For posters, oral presentations, and case studies, these should be no longer than 200 words. For symposia, this should be no more than 500 words. Abstracts will be used for review purposes by the iIIRG Scientific Committee and for inclusion in the conference programme.
